The union between two cultures so different but yet also very similar from place to dishes do not forget the culinary tradition of the Casentino but here, in "The Vine", they encounter flavours and aromas of Friuli.
 
Here you will find dishes typical of this valley: no shortage of the traditional cold cuts, cheese and croutons, fresh pasta handmade in the Florentine way.  For those who want something special you must try our starters and hand made pasta followed by our seasonal stews and fried goodness that are always accompanied by side dishes cooked with care and a beautiful smile.
Our desserts will exceed your expectations; all prepared by us, from beginning to end of your sensory journey.    
 
We would not have done our job well if we did not offer the right wine or beer in combination with food. With competence, we will open the bottle that you have chosen from our card full of proposals from most of Italy or if you wish, we will suggest you the best solution for the courses you ordered.
